Political, Social and Health Sanity

Last Modified: July 20, 2005

Welcome Everyone,

As the title says this is the place you want to be if you want to engage in serious discussion on political, social and interesting alternative health issues. Intellectual exchanges on this home page will include, but are not limited to, the below listed issues. Any and all social and political topics are fair game as I have some very strong views on many issues.

Typical topics:

1)Physician assisted suicide; 2)Minimum Wage; 3) Abortion; 4)Taxes;5)Separation of Church and State; 6)Federal government ownership of state land and its obnoxious intrusion into our everyday lives 7)Gun Control; 8)Social Security; 9)The FDA; 10)The End Times. Well, you've got the idea.

Current Topic: Any of the Above

"You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift.
You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong.
You cannot help the wage earner by pulling down the wage payer.
You cannot further the brotherhood of man by encouraging class hatred.
You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich.
You cannot keep out of trouble by spending more than you earn.
You cannot build character and courage by taking away a man's initiative
 and independence.
You cannot help men permanently by doing for them what they
could and should do for themselves".-- Abraham Lincoln

The above quote perfectly describes a conservative and is 180 degrees out of phase with liberal ideology. Let no one forget that the Republican Party was formed by individuals who would not tolerate slavery. Today, the Democratic Party has enslaved the poor into the welfare state where they are kept at a subsistence level by throwing them a scrap once in a while rather than a hand up, and they have yet to figure out that the Democratic Party is their worst enemy. They have allied themselves with a party which has declared war on the most innocent and helpless in our society - the unborn, for after all, the unborn can't vote. You can be sure that if only the rich were allowed to vote that the Democratic Party would have very little interest in the poor.

If You Disagree - Convince Me (I have a hard head but an open mind)
